Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking with us, you should inform us in writing by email at contact@localtokyotours.com as soon as possible – the effective date of cancellation will be the date upon which we receive such written notification. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by us, in the event of cancellation by you, refunds may be issued by us according to the following:

Cancellation 7 or more full days before the tour date: 100% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 full days, but more than 4 business day before tour departure: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 4 full days, but more than 1 business day before tour departure: 80% refund.
Cancellation less than 1 business day before tour departure: No refund.
